Our client Wagner wanted a video to highlight the differences between the SuperFinish range of professional paint sprayers including the 23Pro, 23Plus and the 33Plus.
In the video we show all three sprayers and demonstrate that diaphragm pumps are simpler to service, with less moving parts. They have reduced pulsation compared to a piston pump and don’t need the same, high shearing forces. This means you can spray at a reduced pressure, giving a more uniform spray pattern. Less pressure also means less overspray in the air and less mess. Finally, once you are finished working, the diaphragm pumps are easy to clean out.
